“I like to redefine altruism as being wildly sold out to the success of others.”
It’s tempting for financial advisors to view their clients’ lives as a number. The whole process tends to revolve around the question, “How much do you need to retire?”
To retire to what? What’s the purpose of having “enough” if you don’t know YOUR purpose?
And what if the answer to that question changes your answer to the question of enough?
In today’s conversation, Wayne is joined by Trent Booth of Veritas Leadership Group to explore stories of families who are redefining success when it comes to their finances.
When you have clarity on your vision, you stop living for “enough”–and start living for something more.
KEY HIGHLIGHTS:
Stewardship as accountability and blessing
Core values guide your financial decisions
How identity drives behavior
Aligning lifestyle with a generational vision
Stewardship beyond wealth: time and talent
Living from a place of purpose, not fear
Integrating values with financial planning
Challenging fear-based financial narratives

At just 19 years old, Bryce Wagner has experienced more transformation than most seasoned leaders.
Instead of college, he chose the entrepreneurial route and now oversees a franchise business nearing $1M in annual revenue. He’s transformed his health, losing 150lbs and building muscle mass. He’s embracing mentors and reading 50+ books a year.
How did he arrive at this point at only 19? His story (so far) is one of extreme ownership. Not perfection. Ownership.
Bryce’s journey is a wealth of insight for anyone who wants to empower their kids to chase big dreams. Our hope is not that they become like us–it’s that they lap us again and again.

“We all are committed to becoming the best version of ourselves, or at least a better version than we were yesterday. That’s our shared commitment to each other.”
You may have heard that the second generation loses 70% of its wealth and 90% by the third. Why does this happen to financially successful families?
Multi-generational wealth isn’t just a matter of net worth. It’s about creating alignment in values and vision between generations. It’s not just dad’s vision. Or mom’s vision. Or the kids’ visions.
It’s a shared vision that ties us together while letting us become the best version of ourselves.
The Wagner family has been focusing on this conversation for years. They’ve established unique habits for finding and forming a shared family vision. In today’s episode, Wayne is joined by his wife Mae and his kids CJ and Bryce.
Join us as we delve into:
Seeking counsel individually and together
An investment-minded approach to relationships
A strategy for family meetings
Overcoming individual challenges as a family team

“When you go into your first big prospect meeting, and you just get punched in the face, Ward was the guy in that meeting with me. He was the one who literally wiped my tears, dusted off my face, smacked me on the proverbial butt and told me, “Don’t worry, I’ll see you in the office tomorrow. We’ve got more work to do.”
Every successful leader has their own origin story. Today, we’re joined by one of the key figures in Wayne Wagner’s own origin story: Ward Keever IV.

Today, Ward Keever IV oversees Covenant Wealth Management, a financial advisory firm with over $400M in assets under management–and an aggressive plan to reach $1B in assets through exceptional service.
In today’s episode, we trace Wayne and Ward’s shared past, including:
A remarkable escape from a hostile workplace
Ward’s role as a mentor and sponsor to help Wayne launch his own career
How their relentless vision has built two thriving, ethical businesses today
Tune in for a heartfelt conversation about their respect for each other, personal and business growth, and designing the lives they plan to lead. This is the Envizion More Podcast—where we help families build and accelerate their wealth across generations. Let's get started.
