Welcome back to our Best of 2024 Year in Review!
Today, we dig into our #2 episode from the first year with guest Bryce Wagner. This conversation gave us insight into the unique mind of 19-year-old Bryce, an entrepreneur who has an uncommon perspective on value creation, thinking strategically, and stewarding your mindset.
Today's episode was our 7th episode, featuring Bryce Wagner. We hope you enjoy it!
At just 19 years old, Bryce Wagner has experienced more transformation than most seasoned leaders.
Instead of college, he chose the entrepreneurial route and now oversees a franchise business nearing $1M in annual revenue. He’s transformed his health, losing 150lbs and building muscle mass. He’s embracing mentors and reading 50+ books a year.
How did he arrive at this point at only 19? His story (so far) is one of extreme ownership. Not perfection. Ownership.
Bryce’s journey is a wealth of insight for anyone who wants to empower their kids to chase big dreams. Our hope is not that they become like us–it’s that they lap us again and again.

“On the balance sheet of your future, is your health a liability or an asset?”
Unfortunately, every advisor has seen their own version of this story: a client spends decades building a robust net worth only to experience a life-changing medical event as early as their 50’s or 60’s. The life they spent decades saving for now looks entirely different.
That’s the story our guest today, Stevyn Guinnip, is devoted to avoiding. She has a unique specialization serving top financial advisors who don’t want to mortgage their health to build their business.
She’s the founder of an incredible program–the Wellth Plan–which takes the principles of wealth building and applies them to your most valuable asset: your health. In her words, “Take your health from a liability to an asset.”
Today, she shares her perspective on how top performers can achieve the optimal balance of financial and physical success through consistent, compounding practices.
KEY HIGHLIGHTS:
How physical health affects leaders
Leadership in choosing the right environment for well-being
How effective leaders manage stress and recovery
Influencing team health through personal wellness commitment
Functional exercises that predict longevity
Lessons from international living
